Your order is shipped via BPOST. If your delivery address is in Belgium your purchases will be shipped within 3 working days.
We send our packages via BPOST within 3 working days (in Belgium). International orders will be shipped via BPOST and will take up to maximum 5 business days anywhere in the world.
Track and Trace
You will receive an email with your Track and Trace code. Track and trace link (BPost).
Not at home?
Missed the delivery man? You will find a note in your mailbox with a delivery code. On the website of BPOST you can enter this code and choose for a new delivery.

United Kingdom: €10,28 (Bpost flat rate)

Easy Returns & Exchanges
Return Period Faulty Product
Please check your product(s) as soon as you receive it. If there’s any noticible faults or damages to the product(s) please notify us within 48hrs after receiving the product (firstname.lastname@example.org). Return the product with original labels attached as described below. We’ll replace you with a new one. After this 48hrs we can’t be held accountable for faulty products
Normal Return Period
Not satisfied and you want your money back? The return period for BICYCLETTE is 30 days after the order date.
We need a few things from you in order to take back the product(s) and refund the money:
1. Send request for return or exchange e-mail
Send and e-mail to email@example.com stating your name, order number and the products you want to return. We’ll then send you an e-mail with a pre-paid returns label.
2. Original and unworn condition
We only accept returned products if they are returned in original and unworn condition. The clothing or other products may not show any traces of use.
The original labels need to still be attached to the products. We don’t accept products without the original labels attached.
Products should be carefully packaged. If possible using the original BICYCLETTE packaging.
5. Include the return form
Please include this fully completed return form with your return package.
6. Include the BICYCLETTE invoice
Please include the original BICYCLETTE invoice.
Please notice: If the return does not meet one of the above conditions it will not be accepted and you will receive a notice about this.

* Return shipping at own costs. When posting your article via parcel post, please ask for a shipping receipt so you can prove that you have sent the item. REFUND After we receive the product, we will refund you the invoice amount of the product(s).
1. Wrong size
The product doesn’t fit? It can be exchanged. See ”returns” for the required steps.
Please take notice:
• Returning the product(s) is at your own costs. We then ship the replacing size to you for free.
• Exchange only occurs if the requested product is on stock at the moment we receive the return shipment.
• If the desired size is not in stock the shipment will be processed as a normal return shipment and you will get a refund (as described above).
Complete the form on the back of your invoice. We exchange the product(s) after the package is unpacked and checked. You will receive a new shipment free of further costs
2. Another product
Would you like another product? An exchange for another product can unfortunately not be made using the form send with the package. In this case take the following steps:
• See ‘ACCEPTANCE’ for the required steps.
• Send back the product in your possession.
• You will receive a refund of your current order, which allows you to place a new order.
• With your new order you will receive the new product(s) with a new invoice associated with that product(s).
